When making a Parking Charge payment, please ensure that all instructions are followed carefully and that all required details are entered accurately and in full. An Address Verification System (AVS) is in place to help ensure secure transactions; therefore, please enter your full billing address exactly as it appears on your bank records.

Please ensure that your card expiry date is valid and your card security number (CVV) is entered correctly and in full.

If Two-Factor Authentication is enabled with your bank, you must complete the additional verification steps as prompted via your mobile device, text message, email, or mobile banking application.
